Help: How to auto rezise table/cell to fit frame?

Hi.

I have a long file 1000+ pages that's basically a long Table, it's like a dictionary there is a word and the meaning, so the raws are not equal, which some times lead to big space - the red color - at the end of the page, is there a way to distribute them to fit the frame automatically without me having to adjust them one by one?

Are you trying to distribute the spacing vertically so that the rows reach the bottom of the page equally?

Hi AK09M,

if the table continues from page to page there is no way to automatically change the height of the columns so that it fits the text frame vertically. That could be scripted, but what if you edit a table row before that page?
