Highlighted Text in "Normal" View Mode

Hi,

When I opened the job I saw that all texts were highligted blue in "normal" view. When I changed it to other view modes there isn't any problem. I'm probably missing out something. However this scene makes me crazy. Any help will be appraciated.

Hi Emre,

what you see are style overrides on individual chacacters.

 

That's a feature called "Style Overrides Highlighter" you can turn on and off:

Click the little [a+] icon in the Character Styles panel or in the Paragraph Styles panel at the top right.

 

FWIW: Style overrides for paragraph properties are highlighted with a blue bar at the left side of the text frame.
