Hintergrundaufgabe lässt sich nicht abbrechen

Hallo liebe Community, 

 

ich habe kürzlich einige Schriften aktiviert,bzw. wollte sie aktivieren. Die Aktivierung liegt jetzt in den Hintergrundaufgaben, wird aber einfach nicht abgeschlossen, wodurch ich aktuell keine Exporte mehr machen kann. Ich habe bereits auf allen möglichen Wegen versucht die Aufgabe abzubrechen, sei es InDesign schließen und neu öffnen, Computer neu starten und Version updaten. Sobald ich InDesign neu starte ist die Hintergrundaufgabe wieder da. Weiß jemand eine Lösung?

 

Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar 🙂

Have a look at the 'Creative Cloud' application on your computer, in the Fonts section, you will see the synchronisation progress for adding the fonts to your account. Also, in your account details on the website, you can see which fonts are activated.

Did that and in the Creative Cloud they say that there is no active download and a all fonts are synchronised. Do you have any other idea how I can fix this bug and finally work with InDesign again ?

Update: I even deinstalled InDesign and installed it again and still the same bug.

Reinstalling never does anything.

 

Font activation is usually a communication issue with Adobe Fonts

 

Indesign go to Help and ensure you log out

Quit indesign

 

Log out of creative cloud desktop app


Log out of creative cloud online

 

Restart

Relogin

 

Ensure you're logged in in InDesign with Help and ensure you are logged in

 

That usually fixes for

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
