Can't say I've used this plug-in. I do use Omnimarkz at work for various PDF to InDesign conversion: https://markzware.com/products/omnimarkz/

I never made the claim that "this plugin will do the things in right way what i want".
I've mentioned that there is another converter that I use which is Omnimarkz. The link to it is in my opening post.
Be aware though that any converter (whether it is a PDF to InDesign converter, or online OCR converter such as onlineocr.com) isn't just going to "magic things into being" - the converters are limited to their programming.
Given that you have thousands of these to do, perhaps can you expand on the brief you have to fulfil, just in case the community may have alternative solutions?

Perhaps an alterantive solution is to contact the plugin's creators and share with them your results in the event they may have solutions for you, or work to improve their plugin.

I think you're setting your expectations unrealistically high. You'd have better luck if you had made a PDF from an InDesign file and then lost the original InDesign file. You didn't say what the originating application is. Taking a complex format like a table, created by application X and making a PDF writes into a different language, PDF. Then taking that PDF and turning it into InDesign (using a different language) requres 2 translations. That will probably indeed will look horrible!

these are not my files , i have some long pages pdf files form client hand , and they want some changes on different places

If they want changes, they have to provide the original files. Otherwise you have to charge them typesetting from zero.

Hi
You called the app "PDF2ID Suite", which combines the names of two applications. Can you confirm if you were using:
1. PDF Suite
or
2. PDF2ID (R) from Recosoft

As already pointed out, your expectations are way too high. You might even be better off saving the PDF as a Word file and then placing that in InDesign. In either case, you have a ton of work cut out for you.
Finally, this has absolutely nothing to do with InDesign. Complaining here will get you nowhere. If you really need to edit that many PDFs you can look into Pitstop for Acrobat.
