How can ı rotate text in text frame Japanese to English Indesign?

Question

I'm currently working on a manga. For convenience, I want to change the ready-made text frames from Japanese vertical view to Latin letter layout. I don't want to turn the box. Can I automatically convert them to roman letters? How can I do that?

I'm using the latest version of Indesign.

This thread contains a few possible solutions:

1) Install Japanese InDesign with an English interface, use its tools to change the story orientation

2) Export IDML and edit it with a text editor to turn all of the vertical stories into horizontal stories

3) Use a script that steps through the document finding vertical text stories and replacing them with horizontal stories
