@Robert at ID-Tasker Thank you for your input! So then It seems like setting up tables is the best option?

No, because won't achieve automatic "extending to the next page" anyway - if this block of text is separated by some other text.
But it could be easily scripted.
Could you please prepare a more "real" example - like one spread with two pages?
To confirm what you really want to achieve - just in case something has been "lost in translation".

I am trying to achieve this. However, it would only be two columns instead of four. The options will all be bullet points, not like in the example, which takes a more table-like design approach. Hope this gives more context.

Could you please post a more real example and not "like this, but..." 😉

@Robert at ID-TaskerSorry for the delay, I thought I had already sent this yesterday.
Here is a quick setup. Hope this helps. I achieved this with a table setup, but what's missing is that there will be a lot more content, which will result in it needing to continue on a different page. My issue is how I can make that work technically, the same way normal text continues to a different page. Also, the text on the left and right are not related.

You've posted some more colored example - with a "but" 😉 that's why I've asked for clarification.
Looking at the latest example - ONLY table - with rather each related bullet / numbered points in a separate row - not all of them in a single big Cell.
Two column table with a lot of rows.

@Robert at ID-Tasker Thank you! So you suggest going with Two column table with a lot of rows? Did I understand that correctly?

Yes, there is no other way, unfortunately.
Sometimes, you might have extra empty lines / space - if Cell on the left will have less / more text than Cell on the right - but it'll eliminate the need to split contents between the pages manually - if you'll have one big block of text - multiple bullet points - in each big Cell - every time when main text reflows.

Thank you very much! The only issue I am facing now is that the text is not aligning with the baseline grid, like we discussed in a different thread. 😂

That problem has already been fixed 😉

Anchored frames can't span pages. Unanchored ones, or a two-column frame, could.
There's just so much basic understanding missing from this effort.

Based on your example, you should be able to use split column (under Span Columns in paragraph style).
Also, you might want to consider training if your budget allows. There is a lot to learn about long documents. A number of the volunteers on this forum also conduct training.
Here is an example of the typical topics to learn:
