For what now seems clear to me, there are two ways:

WAY A of ANNA

1. Set the page size exactly 3840x2160px (use Web or Mobile type of publication and pixels as ruler units (Edit-Preferences-Units-Horizontal/Vertical = Pixels)). Make your layout as you need.

2. Export with 72 ppi resolution.

WAY B of ME

1. In InDesign. Export the document to PDF.

2. In Acrobat. Go to File>Export>Image>JPEG>Settings (at the bottom of the opened file explorer). Adjust the settings of pixels/Inch. It may that after export

Thanks Bob for responding,

In order to place these pages online as .jpg I have to keep them within a certain size. Do you need more information?

Follow the response you got from Anna, however, those images are going to be massive in size. There is practically no reason to use anything that large.

Bob's right, why do you need an image that's so large?

Resolution is completely and totally irrelevant for web images. The only thing that matters is pixel count and once again I will tell you that a full screen 4K resolution image for a website is overkill by a very long way.

Nobody is going to wait for that to load.

'Nobody is going to wait for that to load.' Yes, that is true, but I am not going to use it like that.

The site shows first a thumbnail, and when you want to see it more detailed, you just click on it. That is my more broader context.

It works fine for now.

How can I export pages within a certain screensize (3840 x 2160 pixels)?

If your document wasn't setup as pixels and you don't want go to the extra PDF step, divide one of the pixel dimensions by the corresponding page dimension as inches to get the JPEG export resolution. So if your document's page height is 10" and your target pixel height is 2160 pixels use 216ppi (10/2160) as the JPEG export resolution.
