How can I fix the issue of dots appearing between characters in Arabic text exported from InDesign to a PDF.  or JPG?

What font?

I would like to test the font and your export settings. Is there a chance of sharing the font, if not, then you need to elaborate further on your text settingsn as well as export settings so I can replicate the issue on my side too in order to suggest a possible solution.
