How can I get same exact space to the text underneath all my images in Indesign?

Hi
Some of my images have huge spaces underneath them before the text and I don't know how to apply settings so all text space is exact same.
I have two variants of image text wrap alignment. "Jump object" and "Wrap around bounding box".
Any suggestions or tricks how to make this consistent?
Create separate text frames and adjust them individually?

That shouldn't be necessary if you are using a consistent Wrap Around Object setting (especially if in an Object Style). Some folks like to snap text baselines to a baseline grid system defined in the document (in both the paragraph style and the document grid preferences)

You could try to make an Object Style for the graphic frames where the text wrap at bottom is a consistent, defined distance.

My personal preference is to make a Paragraph Style for the captions added into an Object Style that has a top padding distance set (from Cmd/Ctrl + B textframe options). That way I I can just drag the caption textframe near the bottom of the graphic frame. It will snap to the edge.

    Thanks for the suggestion, it works fine using same method as you preference.
    In my case it's not image captions that need to be adjusted, it's the body text that continues underneath the image.
    Does it make sense to make separate text frames for text above and text underneath images?
