How can I remove the space between bullet point and its text?

Hi there, 

I'm running into an issue where space gets added after the bullet point and before the text that follows. I've attached a screenshot that shows this. When I adjust the First Line Indent back a space, the issue corrects itself but it is not aligned with the above header. I've also attached a screenshot (#2) of this. What am I missing? Thanks!
