How do I get back comments that I clicked resolve” on in a PDF for review?”

I received around 40 changes that were put in an online PDF using the Share feature in InDesign. After each change was made I clicked on the “Resolve” button so that there would be less clutter while going through them. Once all the changes were made I updated the link and shared it again.

Now the original reviewer wants to see the changes she originally asked for - and I can’t find how to show them again. I’ve looked everywhere and searched online for an answer, but haven’t been able to find one. Anyone know how to get them back…or are they gone forever? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Try this and let us know if it works:

  • Open the Review Panel
  • Click on the Filter (Funnel icon at he bottom right)
  • Scroll down the list of option
  • Select Resolved
  • Select the elipsis (...) for the comment and mark them as Unresolved.

Thank you. I seemed to have missed that little funnel icon the first 10 times around. It's all good now. 😊
