How do I get InDesign 19.0?

I am receiving InDesing 19.0 files from designers, but in my CC app it shows I am up to date with 18.5 and no 19.0 available to download or when I search. In the updates section the most recent Adobe update is Photoshop 25.0 from 5 days ago. I know I can convert but then all links are broken etc., takes time.

I wasn't seeing version 19 either until I clicked the check for updates button in the upper right corner of the CC Desktop App...

The rollout is phased and is live only at select locations currently. You will have to wait for the update to land at your location.

Thank you, this was correct. Today it went live for me as it just showed up as New Release.
