How do I set up page facing like this?

I don't know what setting this image above is. Now when I export, it turns out like this:

I'm assuming the correct option is Two-Up Facing but it is not possible:

How do I get this two up facing option back?

Try changing the Compatibility to Version 1.6 or higher

Currently you have 1.5

It's on the top right.

If you want the intial layout arrangement view in AcrobatPro or Reader to have the cover or page 1 start on the right choose Two-up Continuous (Cover Page), if you want page 1 to start on the left choose Two-up Continuous (Facing).
