how do we export to PDF, with many Pantone colors, so that everything becomes CMYK

I have a job made in Indesign and there are many logos.  And now when we export this file, our Acrobat Reader says that several of the colors are Pantone colors. And it is because we have received them as Pantone colors. But how do we export this file so that everything becomes CMYK, without having to change every single logo which has Pantone colors?  - because it gives too much work to do it one by one....

I know that.

But then I have TO grab every single logo;  and there are 200 logos? Is it not possible to just export to pdf, - and to it  so that all pantone colors become CMYK at once. There are a lot of CMYK files in the file, - but then there are at least 200 logos that are in PANTONE

What's the problem here? Seriously, it's a couple of mouse clicks.

There is a checkbox in the ink manager for converting all spots to process so you dont have to do them individually

Another way to do it is Shift-click all of the Pantone Spot colors, choose Swatch Options from the Swatches flyout menu and set the Color Type to Process. With the colors set to Process the conversion to CMYK can happen by settting a CMYK Destination in the Export>Output tab:

Ink Manager does not properly color manage the conversion to CMYK when a solid Pantone ink is set as a tint. If you know all of the logo colors are set to 100%, Ink Manager will work.
