Hi @Ann301580407w9v,

Welcome to the community! I completely understand how important it is to access version history, especially when working on cloud-stored documents.

In Adobe InDesign, if you're saving your files to the Adobe Creative Cloud, you can easily access the version history. Please follow the below:

  1. Open the Creative Cloud website and select Your files > Cloud documents.

  2. Open a cloud document and select the 'Timeline' icon.

  3. In the Timeline panel, you will find auto-saved versions of your cloud document. Hover on a cloud document version to see more options.

Please go through this reference article: View and manage versions of cloud documents (https://adobe.ly/3XnvoeG)

Could you also let me know which version of InDesign you’re using and your operating system? That will help me ensure this solution is fully applicable to your setup!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you,

Abhishek Rao
