how to access server plugin function from javascript

I have one server plugin in which I need to write log in log file when any docuent is uploaded or updated on indesign server.

What I need to add in plugin for script support and how to call writelog function of plugin from javascript.

Only the plugin developer can add scripting support to the plugin.
