There is no tutorial about this nor is it clear how to install it. How to add the Dutch Dictonary for Spelling Checks to Indesign?

There are two Dutch dictionaires built into InDesign, but you need to specify that your text is in the language as as character attribute.

You can do this with styles, or in the Control panel or Character panel:
