How to Align Plus/Minus Signs in a Table in InDesign

Hello! Does anyone know how to align the plus/minus signs in this table? I can only figure out to center the text.

Set the plus-minus symbol as the 'Align On' character:

I tried that, and it does nothing. Im sure it is a mistake on my end - any ideas?

The easiest way - edit ParaStyle applied to those Cells. 

If you don't have ParaStyles applied - select Cells you want to edit, then open Tabs panel - and set things as per @Peter Kahrel's screenshot.

I am still not getting the results that I want. Nothing is happening.

It's not exactly visible in Peter's screenshot - but you need to select 4th tab - ALIGN TO DECIMAL:
