How to center text vertically as in InDesign. When typesetting a manga I want to center the text block inside the cloud at once, is there not the same alignment as in InDesign?

This is a Photoshop question about how to align text vertically in a text frame like InDesign can do (top/middle/bottom/justify). It was erroneously moved from Creative Cloud Desktop to the InDesign forum. The OP never posted here directly.. See the earlier post in this thread from the Expert who mistakenly moved it.
No, Photoshop cannot vertically align text in a text frame in the same way as InDesign does.

Vertical centering is controlled by the text frame options. Select the text frame and either right-click and select Text Frame Options, or hit Ctrl-B. The drop-down allows you to align the contents four ways:
If you select 'Justify' it will vertically distribute paragraphs, with a further distance limit control.
There's a lot of very detailed formatting control in this menu. Explore it.
On rereading your post, it sounds as if you know this in ID and are using another app... Illustrator or Photoshop. Your best way to get an answer is to find the relevant discussion group and post your question there.

Hi @enperror:
I see you also asked this on the Photoshop forum, so I'll guess this is a Photoshop question. We know you're new here — welcome! – but we do ask that you only ask a question one time. And please specify software, version and OS.
Photoshop does have alignment buttons on the Options bar. With the Move tool active, select both the text layer and the cloud layer and use the buttons outlined below.
