Hello 🙂
Is there any way to convert to outline all "data merge pages" with one action?
When i say "data merge pages" i mean all data merge "items" each one of them is like a different page.

If this isn't something that has to be done in InDesign, I'd do this in Adobe Acrobat if they are ever making their way to a PDF. Kasyan Servetsky has a step by step of how to do this here: http://kasyan.ho.ua/tips/acrobat/create_outlines_from_all_fonts_in_acrobat.html
I'd leave it alone in InDesign as there may be a reason that the text may need to be adjusted, and InDesign doesn't have Illustrator's "Retype (Beta)" to convert outlines back to text.

Never make text to outlines in InDesigb except for design reasons. It is a no-go. Never. Why should anyone do so? If it is needed as for cut plotters, do it in Acrobat Pro, not in InDesign.

The only thing Acrobrat can do intuitively is be frustrating. Can I scroll down a little bit? No, it scrolls into the next dimension, good like finding the spot where you left off.
If converting text to outlines in Acrobat didn't involve a treasure map on the back of the Declaration of Independence, more people would know about it and be able to do it.
Here are the steps currently:
- All tools
- Use Print Production
- Preflight
- PDF Fixups
- Convert fonts to outlines
- Analyze and fix (this is the button that does the conversion, obviously /s)
