Hello, I'm interested to create an account with Adobe. Which specific software do you suggest for creating T-shirt designs that is user/beginner-friendly too? Also, can I sell my designs to selling platforms like Etsy, Amazon etc? And my buyers/ customers to use my designs for their physical products business like printing them on T-shirts, mugs etc (for commercial purposes)?

Will you be making designs yourself / manually on your computer - or are you looking for a web based solution?

Whatever you create - you can do whatever you want with it - as long as you export your design as a vector - PDF, EPS - or bitmap - JPEG, PNG.

You can't include with your artwork Adobe Fonts - as files.

What do you mean Adobe fonts- as files? How can I not do this?

They can be embedded in the final PDF file - so PDF can be printed - but you can't include original font file together with your PDF.

Adobe Illustrator would be the best program to create designs and illustrations for T-Shirts.

There's a steep learning curve.

You could try Adobe Express which is aimed at target audiences like yourself and the learning curve is not as much
