How to export jpegs from InDesign book

I have inherited several Indesign book files that I am working with. I wouldn't have built the files this way as each Indesign file is only one page and then they are stitched together into books. I need each page exported as a jpeg.  I am trying to figure out if it is possible to export the books into separate jpegs or do I need to open each InDesign file in the book separately and export. That would be extremely time consuming so I'm trying to find out if there is a faster route.

Is this a print project? If so, JPEG would not be an appropriate format. You can place InDesign pages, into another InDesign document the same way you place an image file or PDF, or you can drag and drop pages between documents. How many pages are you trying to combine?

@rob_day This is not a print project. Like I said, I would not have built them this way. I have to export the images for digital graphics and jpegs specifically. I have 29 books with 10 pages each. I thought about combining the 10 pages into a single Indesign file and exporting for each book. That may be the fastest route.  I was just inquiring if there was another option I hadn't thought of. Thanks!

You can export  the pages as separate PDF files (there's a tick box).

In my experience InDesign’s JPEG export is very poor in quality. 
What I would do in your case:

1. Export the INDB as PDF/X-4
2. Open that in Ps, all pages, select crop frame
3. Save the pages as JPG.

It would be fairly easy to script. What OS are you using?

I am using 10.13.6. I also need to change the size of each jpeg to be 2000px by 2000px at 72 dpi so I think that @Willi_Adelberger's suggestion would be a good one to achieve this otherwise. I could save out pdfs and then run a photoshop batch.
