Hello,
I am working on formatting a numbered list, but on three of my lines, an automatic indent is placed and I can't get rid of it. All of the other 18 lines in the textbox are fine. What should I do? (I'm in the middle of a time sensative project, so any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

It's because the width of the numbers is encroaching on the text left margin. You could increase the Left indent amount and decrease the first line indent, something like .375 and -.375:
You can also right align the numbers via Bullets and Numbering with the Right Align Tab Position larger than the Left Indent::

Use a font with tabular numbers which have equal width and adapt the intent to the choosen font. In your cas 20 or 22 have more width than 11 as it is a font with proportional numbers, which are not the best choice for that purpose.
