How to identify the name of a specific hyperlink destination

Question

I have an InDesign file that is shared between designers at different times, and gets updated on a yearly basis. Because I may be working behind another designer (who has established some hyperlilnk destinations in the file), I often need to know what the NAME of a hyperlink destination is so that I can link to it from another place in the document. If I show invisibles, I can see the two little dots to the left of the text indicating a hyperlink destination is there, but I have no way to know what it's called.

I can see a listing of ALL hyperlink destinations below "Hyperlink Destination Options ..." but that doesn't tell me which one is where in the file. Is there a way to do this? I have Googled and searched, but I'm coming up empty.

Hi beterinni,the invisible character with the two little dots is a HyperlinkTextSource. With a script you could generate the names of theses characters and put them in the document as hidden text. Hidden text can then be made visible or invisible if you do not need it any more.Thanks Stefan
