How to insert a TOC text of Indesign book in a particular page using Javascript

HI all,

I have created an indesign book using javascript.

Now I have to create a TOC for the same using Javascript.

I also want to place this TOC text in a particular page of the first document of the Indesign book.

I request for a help on the same.

I also wanted to know if there is a possibility for using master page paragraph styles for creating TOC.
