how to open the Tabs

Would you tell me how to open the Tabs?

Type > Tabs or Cmd + Sh + T.

You have the Tabs panel open, can be found under Type > Tabs. You can click on the magnet icon to snap the panel to the top of your text frame. Use the ruler to adjust your tabs.
