Master pages doesnt give me the option to skip some pages. i need to place a label on most of the pages.
I was looking for an option to "paste into multiple pages" but didnt find any.
what can do the trick?

Just drag the Master with [none] on top of those pages you don't want a label on, or create an A master with (say) a folio and other repeating content, and no label and a B Master with the (say) a folio and other repeating content and the label, and drag the appropriate master pages on top of those pages you want with or without the label.
You can also use the fly-out menu to select Apply Master to Pages... where you can specify the range of pages.

I want this label to be editable. so i prefer a "paste into multiple pages" option. is it something indesign offer?

Select all pages and Unlock elements of master pages.

No, but you can use Edit > Paste in Place on each body page. Not a good idea. I'd recommend the options I mentioned above over this

Do you want the label to be different on each page or only some pages? Either way the option I recommend is to place the label on the master page. For any page you want to remove or change the label hold Command-Shift (Mac) or Control-Shift (Windows) and click on the label. This will move it to the page where it can be edited, moved, or deleted. This will only affect the current page, not the master page.
