How to Remove Black Dotted Outlines in an Exported PDF from InDesign

Can someone help? I created a doc in Indesign that has a few links I created that opens up these pop ups. The only thing is, that these black doted outlines are showing up on my pdf. Is there a way to hide these? I have no animations attached to these also. Attached is a sample.

Is that a button or some other interactive element?

It's just a button I assigned with no fill or stroke

Could be some kind of accessibility thing. But I have to warn you about the fact that this type of thing is as best, wonky and at worst doesn't work at all. If you can't guarantee it will be viewed in Acrobat, it's likely to wind up in the latter category.
