How to Repeat Table Headers in InDesign Only Once per Sheet?

Hi everyone,
im having a issues in table making. (refere 'issue'image)
marked RED color is my main header and the BLUE row is the sub header. 
i dont want to repeat my Main header in every page and i want to make sub header in every sheet(NOT EVERY PAGE)
as per the reference image Both header are repeating in every page. but i need to show them in once per sheet and in next sheet i only need the sub header. (check the 'page 01,02 'image. this is how i wanted)
hope you get my issue. and quick feedback

If by sheet you mean spread - you can't. 

 

Header of the table is repeated in every TextFrame - the only solution in your case would be to create a TextFrame spanning the whole spread and insert extra object - rectangle - on the MasterSpread with TextWrap on, to "split" your table on the spine.
