How to set the sentence in the paragraph with same width? Has image inserted to show what I mean...

I want to turn the paragraph in the blue textbox to the paragraph in the green textbox, but I don't know how. 

Why the sentence in the green one can go all the way to the right and every sentence stays at same width, the spaceing between words can be auto adjusted according to the width of the textbox? How to do that?
