how to start an extended toolscript file with an executable file?

Hello,

I would like to start a file ".jsx" with extended toolscript and choose in option "Adobe Indesign CS5" (this file work with Indesign).

And I would like to create a file ".exe" to start it every day with a Windows Task.

Hi,

You have 2 options:

- Use InDesign Server and write a program which will run your script via the InDesign Server, or

- Write a program which starts InDesign (desktop) and use COM to interact with InDesign and run your script.
