How to synchronize an excel table (or database) with indesign and have it update when I modify excel

Hello everyone,

I am constantly working with an excel table that is part of an indesign "bigger" document.

I would like to know if there is a way to synchronize, using "data combination" or some other way, the table data with my indesign document at the same time that I am changing the design from indesign and the tables from excel.

For example:

I have several fields that I include from the table such as: Name, Date, Brief ... but then there is a graphic part that I prepare exclusively for each page. And once the data is exported, if I make a modification I have to start over.

Does anyone have a fantastic solution?
