how to tell if a link is public or private

New Here ,
Feb 18, 2021 Feb 18, 2021

I can't tell if a link is public or private when I publish it. It's hard to determine because when I send it to project sponsors sometimes they cant access it because its private. Is there a way you can tell when you publish a link to see if its public or private to double check when you send out to a person?

Here’s an overview on the new Share for Review feature, which covers how to set the project to Public or private:

I don't understand anything. Are you really ask something about InDesign?

publish online is private, yes, private as in only the person you give the link to can access/find that file. that publish online file can't be found via a google search, dos that answer your question?

No, you can't. This is manual process. Tell us more what you want to have in result.

If you mean, links inside a document to other web sites - then the idea of what is "public" or "private" is completely personal to you or your organisation, it isn't a thing.

Are you referring to the new Share for Review feature,  the Publish Online feature, or the Public/Private settings of the files you sync to your Adobe Cloud account and are sharing with other CC users?
