I have this table in indesign and I'm trying to hyperlink h1 & h2 by selecting them both at once. The issue is It won't let me hyperlink them all at once which can save me time. Is there an easier way to do it?

I don't want to merge the cells because I will lose formatting.

Unfortunately, no… each frame acts almost like a separate text frame or object, and hyperlinks have to be added one object at a time.

Sometimes in this kind of situation it's easier to make a list of paragraphs that looks like a table, rather than make an actual table.

If the hyperlinks are going to the same place why not put an unstroked and unfilled rectangle over both and make that the hyperlink? You can add an underline to the text so that it will appear to be the link but actually the link will work anywhere within the area where you've drawn the rectangle.
