Hyphenation by Target .UDC file only

I have a list of words which needs to be hyphenated in specific way and I added them in a UDC file.

1. InDesign CC looks for the target and some time word are hyphenated per the target file some time are not. Can any on having any idea on this?

2. And how can hyphenate only words which are added in target UDC and rest of the words are not (now  id breaks the words on its own)

    Hi Bill Silbert,

    Yes, these suggestions will help when we have one or two words, but my customer wants certainly follow their rules for all the words from list.  So I need to automate the process. Is there any other suggestions?
