I am getting error message when opening in design on OS monterey 12.3.1.

I just updated my OS - I also see that Dropbox is having issues with new OS too - Could this be the problem as that is where ALL my files are stored.... It is NOT open in another application..

Hi @User 3,

Are you sure the files have been fully synced on to your system? Also InDesign supposedly does not work properly with the smart sync feature of Dropbox so try disabling it, if it's enabled.
