Hello community, good evening, how are you? I wanted to bother you urgently with an indesign query, it turns out that I made an interactive pdf but when I exported it as an interactive pdf all the interactivity did not work(video and animations), as I was investigating this happens because apparently in the new Adobe updates the export by flash player made the videos and animations stop working, in my search for solutions I managed to get it back to epub and through ios books it works but nothing on android and it is a job for a client who really needs it to be possible seen in both operating systems : ios and android on cell phones and that it works, so please someone can help me by telling me how to export it functionally as an interactive pdf or how I can make it look good as epub without the need to rely on other applications and that it can be seen from android and ios, thank you

Flash was retired a long time ago. This isn't new.
Interactivity in a PDF is limited—(see https://ajarproductions.com/blog/2018/03/26/interactive-pdf-is-dead-heres-what-you-can-create-from-i...). A better option that comes free with InDesign is Publish Online.
A third party option to explore is IN5. (Not inexpensive and there is a learning curve, but it will offer the most flexibility. https://ajarproductions.com/pages/products/in5/?ref=footer)

Interactive animated fixed layout ePub files exported from InDesign only work without issues on Macs and iOS. Thorium must be installed on Windows and Linux for these files to play properly, but even then links between pages still need manual fixing.

Otherwise there is just no other option (and certainly not without installing Thorium as a third-party app) to read these fixed layout ePub files on Windows and Linux. And forget Android.
The other option is to export to html5 pages with the free FXL html5 export plugin.

This will work fine in any browser, desktop and mobile. You will have to host the pages on your own web server, though. And add the "overflow:hidden" css property to the first div parented to the body tag to hide any overflowing border content.

Have a look at InDesign's Publish Online feature. You can include animations and videos and the documents can be viewed on all devices – PCs, Macs, Tablets and Smart Phones – that are online and have an HTML5 browser. You can even enable it so users can download a (static) PDF version of the document.

To add to Derek's reply, Publish Online is a great way to go for certain projects, as it supports all of InDesign's interactive features using HTML5, not Flash. Check out some of these sample documents done with Publish Online: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection
