I have been using InDesign for four years and two week ago the system loaded an old version

I cannot access the vesion of InDesign I signed up fo four years ago.  Now I cannot load any version of InDesign. Two week ago when I went to access my InDesign an old version showe up. How can I get back to the version I hae been working with?

What's your version of operating system as well as computer specs?

What do you see in your Creative Cloud app? No InDesign at all?

I'm not going to say that's not possible, because anything is possible.

Perhaps your Creative Cloud updated - and if it did then the old programs are longer available - as they only allow current version and the previous version. 

However, I've never seen an app being uninstalled - I have previous versions of InDesign going back to 2019. 

We need a lot more details from you to understand what happened.
