if I use it normally other than administrator mode?

I've erased the in-design and reinstalled it and tried resetting it, but the vertical writing tool doesn't appear.

They're telling me to use it in administrator mode, but if I do that, the composers won't appear again.

Is there any way to get vertical writing even if I use it normally other than administrator mode?
