Images Disappear when changing Master Page

Hey Team

I have a 60 page pricelist set out as a continuoes table.

3 cells are merged and I have inserted a pricture frame and place an image in the frame

When I change a master on a page (which the change means only the page edge changes colour - nothing else) ALL the images disappear !  They no longer show in the tables.

If I go to the LINKS and click on go to image - they are there, but not showing.  The only have to get them to show again is to cut and repaste.

This keeps happening - can anyone help ?  What am I doing wrong?

Hard to know what's going on without any screenshots/test files.
