Import options for artboards no longer working in InDesign 2023

Help! I'm trying to import artboards from Illustrator to Indesign and it's no longer showing me the options for artboards. I keep getting this dialog box (see attached). How do I fix this so my artboards show up in the import options box? I've been through every preference in the dropdown for InDesign, and they all match another computer that is not having this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to save as AI, not EPS.

Resave the file in Illustrator and make sure you have the default PDF compatibility options enabled. If that doesn't help...and the file does indeed work on another computer...trash your preferences.
