Importazione Automatica Immagini da NAS

Buongiorno a tutti...

è possibile importare automaticamente (mediante script) immagini in solo formato .psd e .tiff da un database esistente a pagina specifica?

mi spiego meglio...

Io ho una lista di articoli in estensione .xls o .csv (è indifferente per me) dovrei riuscire a cercare le immagini nel mio NAS mediante codice articolo (le immagini sono rinominate in base al codice articolo) e inserire a pagina specificata sempre nel file. nella pagina possono essere importate in qualunque parte basta che non si sovrappongono una con l'altra. Magari impostando un'altezza uguale per tutti gli articoli.

***Importante***

Estensioni accettate solo .psd e .tif , inoltre in caso di 2 articoli nominati allo stesso modo dovrebbe importare solo quello con data più recente!

Hi Diego,

yes, you could do that via scripting.

1. Open the target document

2. start the script

3. In a dialog you select a folder with all the articles

4. read the pageNumber and the image Name from the csv or xls

5. Find the image on the NAS (only .psd e .tif)

6. place the image on the corresponding page

Hi Diego,

What about using a software that will do all the hard work for you ? EasyCatalog can loads xls files or even better logs directly to your database. So you can create on the fly a field which will be of type image. Eventually by just clicking on the item, the image will mount.

No code to deploy

It would take only a simple script, NO SOFTWARE. because then the layout should make it still manually ... the import is only a first part will then follow the written and relative prices, but also they need to be done manually
