Importing & Applying PDF comments

Does anyone else have this issue with Import PDF comments function? Sometimes the jumping around makes it totally unusable. I like this feature but I feel like it's still in BETA. I wish I knew what causes the issues (like importing paragraph breaks as soft returns, edits not mapped properly, comment list jumping, etc.)

    Dave, I couldn't see clearly from the movie you posted, but....

    Had any pages or edits been done to the ID document after sending out the PDF for comments?

    Are your Acrobat commenters careful to use ONLY the 3 auto-edit comment tools?

    Nope, same doc as created the PDF, nothing done in the interim. Not unique to this document either. Happens on a lot of docs, but not all. If you watch the video, look at the right side comments panel. After "accepting" a comment, the list jumps around, sometimes much more severely than this.
