In Design 2022 not opening

InDesign 17.3 stopped opening all of a sudden ( Mac OS Monterey 12.5.1 )

Updated to InDesign 17.4 : Loading Screen Appears but program never opens.

All other Creative Cloud Apps are opening.

 WTH is WRONG!?
