I just installed In Design CC 2018, didn't have chance to use it because it crashes every time I try to open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, loging out from Creative Cloud and using "bugfixes". Nothing seems to work. I'm using also Phs, Ai and Ae and they work fine.

It didn't work either.
I installed older version (2017) of In Design and now it's working fine.

Try resetting the InDesign preferences:
Close InDesign. Then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch InDesign. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.

Try uninstalling InDesign again using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud App (see screen shot below), then run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling InDesign: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
