In design files convert to Xd?

Does anyone know how to open an InDesign File in Adobe XD or Figma?

I found this on YouTube maybe it will better explain how to use Adobe programs in XD.

For Adobe XD, there is no direct open or import of an Indesign document.

You can import Illustrator files into XD. You could export PDF from Indesign, open in Illustrator, then import into XD.
