Generally good troubleshooting practices, but this early morning many Japanese channels (forums, social media) were flooded with similar messages. Apparently something cloud based (activation?) was having troubles.
A suggested solution was to close all CC applications, unplug the internet (LAN or WLAN) and start them up again, only then reactivate your LAN. Tough day ahead if this gets thru to Europe …
Woah - had no idea - never on the Japanese chanells - good to know and I can now handle more requests that come up like this - thanks for the heads up.
