InDesign 15.0.1 not installing on Windows 10 version 1703

Does anyone know why I can't update InDesign and Illustrator to the newest version with Windows 10 version 1703? It says that version isn't supported??

Thanks for reaching out. Bob is absolutely correct. InDesign v15 is Not supported on Windows 10 versions 1507, 1511, 1703, and 1709. Please check out the InDesign system requirements on https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/system-requirements.html for more information.

Please update your OS to the latest build. Hope it helps.
