Indesign 15.0 and Mac OS Catalina not working properly

Since I installed OS Catalina in my macbook pro 2015, Indesign has become terribly slow to open up. It becomes slow even for example if I have to switch from one page to another in the opened document (also with 20megabyte files) where I am working and in any process, for example also in the insertion of a text or an image. It stops running also if I try to make a package.

I work with the latest version of Adobe CC apps, and OS Catalina 10.15.1.
Does it happen to you too?

maybe that OS is too much for a computer that is going on 4 years old? do you even have the requirements/hardware to run that OS?

I thought that when I notified the problem, but I bought it in october 2017.
I don't think it's the hardware the problem, also because all the other apps run correctly.

you have enough ram and your processor is fine. are running alot of other things at the same time?
