InDesign 16.1 crashing frequently – Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)

My InDesign has been crashing frequently. I am running the latest version 16.1 on a relatively new iMac running Big Sur v.11.2.3.

I have tried reinstalling InDesign and removing the preferences file and cache, but the problem persists.

I have attached 2 crash reports from today – can anyone help diagnose the issue?
